Post COVID teachers : Looking over the
demographic regions of Jharkhand, it is found that the majority of the cities
are covered with tribal cultures.
A confrontation between education and culture
can be absolutely seen in the day – to - day life of Jharkhandites. As for figuring, Jharkhand as an educational
hub apart from resource filled state, RANCHI has the potential to become the
epi-center of education.
Movement of ADITYA BIRLA GROUP to establishing schools
in Ranchi, prominent e – educational houses and prominent coaching institutions
to RANCHI is sufficient enough to define the future of education in RANCHI.
To counter the
private institutions the Govt. of Jharkhand has started promoting apps launched
by CBSE and Union Ministry of Education like DIKSHA & SWAYAM with
assignment of waves for telecast of classes during pandemic.
But overall, it is
being seen that teachers move from the government run platforms to private
entities. At a time when the
world is grappling with the adverse impacts of pandemic in all spheres, for
INDIA there are many more corners to be worried, with education to be the
discussed at helm.
Around 300 million children across all age groups are
reported to be out of schooling system. To bring them to educational tracks,
the teachers will have to work overall.
The flashing news over the media has
pointed that not only students but teachers have also migrated from one school
to another or even to other professions.
To get back students
to educational stream states states are in a mood to advise the Govt. School
teachers to move to villages and areas of their school to dive them back. The
measure might become a failure due to lack of connectivity.
The private schoolteachers have with heavy heart kept an eye on all of its students to bring them
to educational stream. Though in both the
cases, the teachers have become less focused to delivering education and are
busy counting missing heads.
The question that arises over here is, isn’t it
increasing a burden over teachers and hampering the educational deliverance
level?
Though private school
or ad – hoc teachers are moving to community connection establishment but
permanent ones aren’t concerned. Still when it would come to salary increment
or perk transmission all would be weighed under the same.
So, taking a lesson
from the pandemic should the government consider areas for hikes and enhancing
the satisfaction level of the educationist or all should prevail and hail as
per post pandemic.
